Bonewitz is managing the design, planning, and implementation of a campus wide development project for The Valley School (TVS). TVS is a progressive, pre-kindergarten through 5th grade, independent school located in the Madison Valley area of Seattle. The campus is unique in that it is comprised of eight contiguous residential lots. All of the existing buildings are renovated single-family homes and remain in the character of the neighborhood in which the school resides. Project scope includes; New modular upper school building to accommodate three classrooms, remodel current library/ classroom building for use as an administrative hub, relocate and enhance library and tutoring spaces, and updating campus master use plan.

In addition to managing the design and construction team, Bonewitz is providing overall project management oversight which includes budgeting, and schedule management. Completion is set for Fall, 2015.
