Owner Representative & Project Manager for a 22,000 square foot, 24/7 residential treatment facility for eating disorder patients located in Overlake Medical Center’s Campus. Responsibilities included budgets, scheduling and change order management. We also managed and directed decisions with a Corporate Ownership, an out-of-state Architect, and a local General Contractor.
