New 77,000 square foot, $35M remodel and addition to the Arnold Medical Pavilion for the new state-of-the-art Swedish Cancer Institute. The program encompassed all aspects of cancer care and treatment. The project was challenged with a very tight construction site and an extremely busy medical office building. The project was awarded with National AIA awards for design and an Award of Excellence by Modern Healthcare Magazine.
