Seattle University’s largest capital project to date at $55M, Bonewitz led all aspects of this project—design/construction management, FF&E procurement and move management. The project included all of the challenges of the remodel of the existing 1960’s era, 100,000sf library and a new 35,000sf addition. The project has won accolades both on campus and amongst its peers as a great new model for a library.
